The money has been counted and banked and so far the Annual Sponsored Walk on Sunday 12th July raised £508.50, with some money still to be collected. This will be split between Action for Children (formerly NCH) and Leukaemia & Lymphomia Research into Cancers in Children

On 30th July a Songs of Praise Service was held. Members of the congregation had been asked to select their favourite hymn and if they so wished to tell everyone why this was their choice. Readings had also been picked and read by the person who had chosen them.
