Plans are in hand for the Christmas Services at Winteringham Chapel.

This year members of the Chapel and friends will be Carol Singing at Morrison's on Saturday 12th December at 2pm.  All monies raised will be donated to Lindsey Lodge Hospice.

On Sunday 20th December there will be a Carol Service in the chapel led by Mr
Michael Joyce and on Christmas Day the service at 10am will be led by Rev Henry Dubois.

The Friendship Group held a Lotto Evening on 4th November to raise money for Macmillan Nurses.  This was well attended and raised 100.

Do you have a young person in your family?  Would they like to come along to the Wednesday Friendship Club which meets every week in The Barn?  All young people, ages 4 to 16 years, (and their parents too if they wish to come along to enjoy a coffee and a chat) are invited to come along for an hour, 6pm to 7pm to enjoy stories, craft activities and videos.

On 23rd December there will be an Open evening when everyone is invited to join the young people at their meeting.  Light refreshments will be served.

Once again the Wednesday Friendship club have registered for 'Cash in the Community' sponsored by the Scunthorpe Telegraph.  Please collect the vouches printed each week.  There will be a box in the entrance of the Chapel to put them in or they can be handed to a member of the Chapel.

You do not need to be a member of the chapel to join in with any of our events. Just come along, we always offer a very warm welcome to everyone

The Barn is available for hire and the facilities are superb (including a disabled lift).  We have lots of groups who regularly meet in it as well as small private parties being held.  (Between 30/ 40 people seated is comfortable).  (Please contact Martyn or Christine Hammond on 01724 733641)
